Questions, answered up front

What if I'm not happy with the design?
Two rounds of revisions are included in every project. Beyond that, extra changes are billed at a flat hourly rate, agreed before any work happens.
How long does a site take?
Usually under a week to build once your content is in. The clock really starts when I have your text, images, and logo.
Do I own my website?
By default the site is fully managed for you — I host it and manage the domain, so you never touch anything technical. If you'd rather own and host it yourself, just ask and I'll hand everything over.
Can I cancel the care plan?
Yes — 30 days' written notice. On request I'll transfer your site files and domain so you're never locked in.
What if I go quiet mid-project?
No problem short-term. If a project stalls for more than 14 days the deposit becomes non-refundable and we reschedule the finish when you're ready.
How do payments work?
A 50% deposit before work starts and the remaining 50% on delivery, by secure card payment. Care plans are billed monthly.
